I have been a patient of Dr. Jim's for over 15 years. He and his staff are professional, kind, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Jim is very straight-forward about what he feels needs to be done, if anything, and helps set reasonable and reliable expectations as to the priority and cost of procedures. He explains things thoroughly and in layman's terms so that I understand them. He's patient when asked and answering questions. He lets me know what to consider and expect in the future and never pushes me to have procedure done unless or before it's actually necessary. I never feel rushed. His ethics are beyond reproach.

You'll be happy to know that Dr. Pechloff's office does not overbook appointments. You will not be kept waiting more than a few minutes past your scheduled appointment time, if at all, unless there's been an emergency or other extenuating circumstance. In this day of big-money practices, Dr. Pechloff's office is traditional. He doesn't answer to a large medical group. His primary goal is good patient care, not how many patients he can squeeze in per day.

Besides the professionalism and excellent care Dr. Jim, Sue, Kathy, Carolyn, and the rest of the crew have given me there is one other reason I keep returning.
