From my very first visit when I moved to Milwaukee in 2019, Dr. Jones has been exceptionally helpful, thorough, professional and emotionally warm. When I have needed anything between office or tele-health visits, he has responded quickly. I have had Type 1 diabetes for 63 years, and my diabetes has never been managed better with my A1Cs consistently excellent. I am very grateful.

Never have a long wait, but still get his full attention when it's my turn. Dr. Jones is easy to talk to and has a sense of humor I can relate to. Before I was vaccinated, he was up and running on video visits. This was very important to me as I'm over 75. He has helped me get my blood sugars under control with good advice gently given. I STILL FEEL THAT ALL OF THE ABOVE IS TRUE. DR. JONES' STAFF IS ALSO EXCELLENT, CARING, ENCOURAGING & INFORMED.

Dr.Jones was very attentive and listened carefully to my concerns as a new patient with specific medications and health conditions. The office staff were all very friendly and professional, I highly recommend him to anyone who needs to see an Endocrinologist. Having Dr. Jones as my endocrinologist has made my life with type 1 diabetes the most enjoyable, thankful and grateful since I was diagnosed when I was a young kid. His personality is one to behold. He treats his patients with the upmost respect, and his friendliness is like him being your best friend. I appreciate that very much!!! I have to thank him for being the one and only doctor who I would choose to help me with my diabetes.
( Also, his staff that works with him are awesome too!!!!)

The staff is always friendly, the doctors actually spend time with you reviewing your concerns and reviewing past and present conditions to assure you are on the right path to be healthy.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jones since 2017. I was referred to him by Corina J. Owan, who provides excellent and thorough women’s care, after she discovered a large lump on my thyroid. At my first visit, Dr. Jones educated me on thyroid cancer, that it’s easily treatable, and that the prognosis is excellent. I suspect he knew what we were dealing with given the nature of the lump, but he performed a biopsy to confirm. When I received the call, hearing the “C” word was a blow, but he reassured me that it’s easy to treat and manage. He referred me to an excellent endocrine surgery team at Froedtert and he has followed up on my care ever since. I trust his expertise, he is very down to earth, easy to talk to, and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. I highly recommend him for any endocrine care needs.

Brent Jones is patient and professional. He seems to have complete knowledge of osteoporosis. He answered all of my questions. He promised to get information from a colleague about a rare condition as it relates to osteoporosis medications.
His office reminds me and helps schedule biennial testing.
