This is scam company stay a way I sold car and use them it was big mistake I’m also California used car dealer this escrow protect only buyer and buyer allowed to do whatever he wants to do with the transaction. Your money will stuck in escrow for the months. Buyer has power to hold your car for months.
I asked if buyer don’t like my car send it back he refused to send it back and escrow helped him I’m still stuck with no car no money going on 2 months now

This is a scam company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Took my money and won't pay the seller for the ebay!
I have spent a complete day on off and on the phone with them and every time I call them they ask me to verify! They still have my money and every person I talk to is hard to understand and they always have the same excuse. Do not us they will screw you!!

Cannot pull up past transactions for my summary records. Called more than 30 days ago after being told its being researched and no response other than will look into it. Called yesterday (again) and emailed a 'screen shot' of the error. The rep promised to call with a report by EOD. He did not. Called again this morning and told the same. I asked for escalation and/or speak to supervisor and he would not. Of course, I talking with someone outside the US who is reading off a prompter. I see Escrow is based in San Francisco so maybe I can call the corporate office today. Frustrating. Sad.

It appears to be offshore call center because no one could speak english. They kept insisting they sent my money back by wire. But they did not. I needed the assistance of my attorney and bank to get my money back. These people are awful

what was once a top notch company now gives you the overseas call-center run-around with endless apologies and hard to understand "phone staff" - well, nada is 4ever dot com.
