This seems to be a HORRIBLE Company with Zero Integrity . They take your money and apply it to wherever they want. Pretty sure that’s not up to them!!!
We have 420 and some change in Other fees (that when asked they can’t seem to see where the money went, sure didn’t go to the bill or reserves!!) this year Alone. They make is so complicated that it’s hard for you to see where your money is being placed. I’m starting to believe this is part of their goal. Make is so complicated that you don’t know where your money goes. That’s not cool. Horrible customer service, no one can tell you anything and It’s always I don’t know (well who does know and why do you work there then If you don’t know?) Then they don’t allow anyone to go in person without a scheduled rearranged appointment. That’s another way to make you just dismiss all there missing money crap they seem to be pulling of you can’t just go in during a 9-5 and talk to someone. This company seems super fishy ever since they went from Adept things have gone down hill. Last year they failed to pay (their job!) our insurance, it almost lapsed and we had all the money in our reserves but apparently since it was not up to date on the payments they said they couldn’t pull from our reserves until we was up to date. That caused us to come out of the pocket 750 and now that money is still unaccounted for. If I could give them a negative rating I would. If you’re looking for an escrow company I truly recommend you reading the reviews and finding someone else. It could save you a lot of headaches.

I am very unhappy with this company and would never use them again. About two years ago they added a condition to our agreement that I did not agree to and it was not in our contract. They now can hold funds from me up to 8 days after they receive them. When I asked how they can do that I was quoted a CA new regulation but my contract is a WA document on a WA property created between two WA residents. I really wish I had not used this company to collect payments for me it has been a big expensive headache.

Run!!!! Do not sign with this company!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am having to pay $1564 on a billed that says $1253.92. In all 9 yrs of paying my payments I had no problems with adept. Now paying with evergreen allegro I'm irrate!! I was billed 1253.92 which is 4 months worth of payments, (due to a surgery I was behind), my taxes have always came out of my payment.

Not this time I paid the taxes and tried sending the 1253.92 in two checks. Now I'm being bill a whole extra payment.

They also took it apon themselves to not apply my money to my payment, but instead put it all to principle.
All in all I'm being charged $310 extra than what I was billed.

Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with all they do is argue with you and demand money that they will apply where they want!! and I'm totally being ripped off!! In addition I'm being charged $60 extra due to their mistake.

My advice is check out reviews before dealing with any long time payments.
I did even sign with them, I signed with adept.

Update: Double checked my interest statement for the year 2022, even after they refund late payment fees for auto payments that happen on a weekend, the interest sticks on your account. It’s 2023, it’s time to get a modern payment system.

Could modernize a bit, their auto payment system is pretty dated. If your auto payment comes through on a weekend or holiday they count it as late. They will keep late charges on your bill until you call them to remediate the discrepancy.

Also, their close out fees are reaching a bit. For the customer service they provide, they seem to to think pretty highly of themselves. Would not recommend.

Never worked with a more crooked business and ownership. They have thee worst customer service I have ever had to deal with from any business. Just paying off our loan was like pulling teeth. One mistake after the next with Allegro and Adept and nobody wanted to help you fix anything. They were so rude and hard ro deal with and they made a handful of major mistakes that needed fixing. I regret every penny of business with them. One 'star' is one too many for them and sad there is not a lower option to choose.

We recently got an account here and our initial start up paperwork somehow got lost so we could not make an online account for awhile. Finally we got in contact with Jim Furry and he was very helpful! He emailed us the paperwork so we were able to sign it and scan it back to him. He had our online account set up with in a half hour! He was awesome and we will definitely ask for him personally, if we have any more questions.

Web site sucks. Every single month it is a problem to get on. Today, I got on, but the screen was 7/8 off the page. Would not center. Therefore making it impossible to pay on line. Can't see the info!!!!! Not my phone's issue. Just another way to force us to pay by phone and pay $20 extortion fee for the privilege. Just too many problems EVERY MONTH!

We started our account with Adept and in the transition from Adept to Allegro we didn't have any issues and continued to pay our monthly payment as normal. My frustrations and complaints came when it came time to payoff our account. I contacted Allegro Escrow June 9th and requested a payoff balance. I was told it can take up to 5 business days and I would receive the quote via email. At this time I was also told they charge a $95.00 "payoff quote fee" and should you not payoff your balance in full by the end of the quote they will add a $45.00 "reassessment fee". Anyone I spoke to about this fee found it to be crazy and odd that such a hefty fee would be charged, myself included. I received our payoff quote June 15th via email as they said. Upon reviewing my payoff quote I discovered that on top of the ridiculous payoff quote fee we were being charged $108.90 "close out fee" and they were already collecting the additional $100 for recording that was set to increase not until July 25th. I received my payoff quote more than 40 days prior to WA state recording fees were to increase. Per the conversation I had with an agent yesterday I was informed they collected that additional $100 from customers that had payoffs in June and July, I think its wrong to be collecting a fee that hasn't gone into affect at the time of payoff, especially when the payoff is well in advance. Your customers should not have to pay due to your delayed processing times.Within that conversation I inquired on the refund check we received in the mail and exactly what it was for. I was told it is for interest and I asked if we were going to be refunded the $16.34 borrower service fee as we had already paid that fee when I paid our June payment then paid again in the wire payoff June 30th as our payoff total went into July. I was told that fee is not actually a monthly service fee charged but a "transaction fee" and this fee is charged per transaction you make. I made our payments once a month so I never noticed that issue however with Adept we paid our service fee once a year in Oct then Allegro changed it to monthly. If this is a "transaction fee" the wording should be changed as such to not leave the impression its a monthly service fee for holding the account. During the same conversation yesterday I was informed the reason it takes them up to 2-3 weeks to mail in our Deed is the ensure the seller has no disputes to the payoff amount. First of all I would think that should be considered prior to accepting a wire payoff and secondly if my refund check was issued July 21st and mailed to me July 22nd, that to me would show the seller had no disputes but Allegro proceeded to hold my Deed until Aug 2nd to mail in for recording along with the recording check they printed July 1st with the additional $100 fee included that didn't go into affect until 25 days later. I understand there is a process however it is still frustrating to know that my wire payment was accepted June 30th, account closed July 1st, recording check printed July 1st, refund check printed July 21st, and it still took them until Aug 2nd to mail in a Fullfilment Deed that was already completed, signed, and stamped with Excise when purchased in 2016. I started and finished a refinance with our mortgage lender within 38 days, this time frame included an appraisal. It took Allegro escrow 33 days to mail in an already completed Deed for a land contract and we are now still waiting for them to forward our recorded Deed to us. Not to mention each time I called I was given different answers. All in all we happy our contract is paid and we are done. I would not suggest Allegro to anyone and do not plan on using them in the future.
