Response to the message below: I have proof from my bank that you are lying but you weren't interested in seeing that and you conveniently never sent the supposed bank report you referred to in your message here, even though I've asked for it twice. And you've hung up on me each time I've tried to resolve this on the phone. Clearly you're only interested in scamming people but you don't want the public to know this.

This company is proficient in scamming people. They have found a way to create scenarios where they can charge "fees" according to their "policies." A great SCAM platform really.
I read through these reviews and all the negative stuff everyone else said is completely true! The girls that work the desk/phones here are extremely rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate, unprofessional and overall awful in every way. I've been paying my bill for over a year via automatic withdrawal with no issues. All of a sudden after New Year's, there was an issue with my account They refunded my payment just so they could charge me an NSF fee! I have proof from my bank that the money was available when they were supposed to automatically draft it and has been there since they returned it. I called when they first returned it and was told they had the payment and everything was ok, they even sent an email saying that. Then 6 days later I had to call to ask why they still hadn't taken the payment only to be told there was a supposed issue that NO ONE was going to contact me about! Now, they refuse to fix it and instead are telling me they're going to charge me fees that were completely unrelated to the situation that they created! Someone in their office made a mistake and decided that I should have to pay for it. Horrible people! Awful business with no ethics! If you have the ability to go elsewhere, do so!

The only issue I have is I wish they would get an online bill pay , our hours just don't jive and it's hard to get them a payment

I was recently with Four Corners Escrow their business shut down and my account was transferred to Executive Escrow. I was unhappy with Four Corners being treated rude and ignorant. Four Corners Escrow was never late with my payments but they failed to give important billing info or any contact info for the accounts transferred to Executive Escrow. I called Executive Escrow after a week of not receiving my check they said I needed to contact my buyer because they never received the payment. No one took down my phone number for in case they needed to contact me. (My buyer is never late on anything.) Contacted my buyer and he says he made the payment already...."So where was this payment?" My buyer went in person to Executive Escrow office the next day and wow they magically had his payment. He straightened out the payment on a friday, giving the benefit of a doubt I waited for my check until Thursday, nothing! I call Executive Escrow asking where the hell my money was?! She says oh it's sitting right here in front of me I didn't know where to send it. So she couldn't call me, couldn't call my buyer who specifically asked on Friday if they knew where to send MY money...because they didn't take down our numbers! Is it my job to do your job?! They were short and talked circles around me! How long would they of kept MY money just sitting there?! I'm very irritated these ladies just acted like it was no big deal! They were very disorganized and unprofessional!

I too was transferred from Four Corners Escrow to Executive. I had no troubles with the transfer. Everytime I had to call for information, the office staff was very professional, helpful and pleasant.
