I can’t say enough good things about F Street. When I first expressed interest, Mitch Ferraro immediately reached out to answer all of my questions. He wasn’t pushy and made sure to get additional information if he didn’t have an immediate answer. Since I live in Wisconsin, not far from Milwaukee where F Street is located, Scott Lurie (the owner) personally invited me to visit their offices and operations. They even arranged for me to stay at the Doubbel Dutch, an inviting bed and breakfast owned by F Street, just a short distance from their offices.

During my visit, Mitch gave me a thorough tour of the F Street offices, from the front desk to the back offices. I had the chance to meet the team, discuss my concerns, and ask all the questions I had in mind. With my background in corporate finance, I was able to dive into some tough topics regarding funding, operations, and security, and I left feeling confident in their expertise and transparency.

Scott Lurie also took me out to dinner with key representatives of the company, where they gave me their undivided attention, answering any questions I might have. Scott even brought his son along, which is just part of the ‘Wisconsin hospitality’ that I’ve come to come to expect growing up and living in Wisconsin. Scott and his colleagues were very down-to-earth people. They wanted me to be comfortable with the F Street before I made any investment decisions.

Setting up an account with the Debt Fund was incredibly easy, thanks to Mitch's careful oversight every step of the way. My dividends are dispersed monthly and reinvested immediately, giving me peace of mind. I sleep well at night knowing that my investments are in good hands. I know that I can reach out to Mitch Ferraro (in fact, I have) and even Scott Lurie at any time.

F Street is a solid company offering great investment opportunities for those looking to achieve solid returns, diversify their portfolios, and venture into real estate. I can’t guarantee you will be invited for a visit like I was, but I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience with F Street.
