Went in for a dog bite. Staff was friendly and nice. It was very quick to get checked in and waited minimal time before getting checked by the nurse and on call doctor. Dr. Fish was polite and provided great information and got me a prescription for what I needed. The clerks, medical assistant and nurses were great as well.

Been here a few times now for various issues in the urgent care, and I've not had a bad experience yet. Everyone I interacted with was professional, made sure I was comfortable, and did everything they could to address my concerns, super grateful for these folks.

Dr. Wright was very informative and polite but the lab technician, I think he said his name was Mary, was disgusting looking, scratched his balls twice but tried hiding it and I would never let him touch my baby again. My poor 3 day old had to get checked for jaundice and this guy took way more blood than necessary. My husband asked "do you really have to fill that whole tube?" and this guy responds "yeah because sometimes they'll request extra blood for a top off" like dude "sometimes" is not enough of a reason for you to be making my baby scream cry for almost 5 minutes while you hurt him over and over. It was honestly traumatic to witness, I even started crying I wanted to knock this dude out. If denver health tries to send you here to get lab work done on your baby, I would refuse going to this location and ask for an alternate solution.

I am new to the Denver health system. Today was the first time I used my insurance. I have been experiencing terrible sciatica the past few months. I have been working with a physical therapist who advised me to get a repeat MRI because my symptoms are worsening. Unfortunately, I was not able to schedule an appointment with a primary care provider for 4-6 weeks. I was advised to go to urgent care. After reading the reviews I was concerned about the care I would receive. I was prepared to spend 2-4hrs waiting to be seen. I waited an hour, which was expected, to be seen. After that I worked with great nurses and a great Doctor who listened to my concerns. I was started on new medication to treat my pain and was also scheduled for an MRI. Although, I'm still dealing with pain it is helps knowing that there are providers who genuinely care about their patients. I'm looking forward to getting an MRI and finding out what other treatment I need.

To say I’m disappointed with my experience at the Urgent Care is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I am completely and utterly HORRIFIED by the people who work here and they way they conduct this clinic. We started my visit on Wednesday with a bang, with the front desk lady having THE WORST attitude. People come here because they feel ILL and to have someone so condescending and rude to greet you at the front desk is extremely unsettling. After a maybe 5-7 min wait in the lobby I was escorted to a room where I would end up waiting 1hr and 20 min to be seen by a dr. This is WAY TOO LONG when someone already doesn’t feel well!!! This clinic was not extremely busy on this day and it was made even more obvious to me when the nurse aids were on Craigslist LOOKING AT CAT PICTURES instead of trying to ASSIST or AID as their job description says. Then the dr FINALLY comes in, upset with me because I complained about the unnecessary long wait. Saying “I have people who I need to assist” like yeah lady, I’m one of those people too. Even though I could clearly see that I indeed had an infection based on the results on MY CHART she wanted to not write me a prescription until she could “grow this bacteria in a lab” to see if it really was an infection. 3 days later and 3 days with an Infection that could spread and grow I get confirmation for what I’ve known the whole time. I WILL NEVER EVER again let Dr Huang see me or my family ever again.

Been trying to come here for years to give them the benefit of the doubt after what happened to my eldest son and the lack of care from Denver health. But The last two time I have tried to come the service has been complete trash. The first time the provider was undermining what I know the symptoms are for my children and their ear infections. Sent us home and then just tonight I tried calling at 640 was on hold for 17 minutes knowing there are two ladies at the front desk got there at 7:19 and they said they weren't taking any more people. If they would have just let me know. I would have just not waisted the little bit of time I did and went straight to children's hospital. Never again.

I arrived here at 9:45am this morning, got checked in and after 10 minutes got called into my room to be examined. It is now 10:50am and nobody has came in and talked to me or checked in the room. But you can hear the nurses outside laughing and walking by. There wasn't even alot of people in the waiting room either to know it's not even that busy. One of the slowest urgent care I've ever been to. Never coming back here again.
