I have applied for a bridging finance on my property worth £270000 pounds 3 months ago, and I was promised that the loan would be completed before the completion date, which was delayed 4 times! Their solicitor is just a waste of time that doesn't even do proper office hours. After my solicitor gave undertaking for the fees then they threw millions of enquiries just before completion.
I would definitely avoid this company as they will not give you funds and are just a waste of time, and clearly, you guys 6 no award winning Lenders.

This company will lie about terms, refer you to their sister company, not carry out proper affordability checks because they don’t care if you can’t afford it. If you’re delayed, for whatever reason, they will appoint receivers (who charge extortionate fees) and put the property in auction. And then add on an exit fee they never told you about. If you have any issues with this company please contact me. I am currently working with customers and my team are carrying out an investigation to expose this company.

This company trades under different names the two major names are Finanta and Skybridge with others as well . They are not to be trusted , they will endeavour to charge default charges when they view they can push the boundaries of the contract for their own financial benefit . They use other company names to up the terms of what initially they lead you in with then the terms become more expensive . They fail to recognise when they or their solicitors have made mistakes in terms of land registry errors . They attempt to charge exorbitant
fees in relation to what they view as default charges even though been paid every month and we were just in the stages of clearing the loan with conveyancing with solicitors.
They then try to charge scandalous charges in relation to receivers which they have one intention profit for their bottom line .
They are definitely not a company to be trusted !!!!!!

Strongly advise not to use this company. I bad the mistake of doing so. I had multiple bridging loans the bulk (90%) was paid well ahead of schedule- during the peak of the pandemic and also the unfortunate passing of my Mum the last bridge went into default - I offered to pay in full but clearly they wanted this and the excessive charges on an already unbelievably high rates they tried to take me to the cleaners.
I’ve used hundreds of these company’s and never had an experience like I did with Finanta
I strongly advise you not to use them.
