Ahí un tipo que te toma los cobros , es un pedante , abusivo el cual se extralimita de sus funciones y un grosero mi consejo es no tomar nada de esta financiera le dan financiamiento a solo dealers mafiosos y poco responsables espero y el dueño de este negocio o inversionistas corran a este tipo ya que hace ver mal tener en la compañía este tipo de personas poco ortodoxas

Terrible. I HAD a loan through this company. 3 Year loan 36 months. I paid 41 months on the loan. I have filed a law suit against them. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND MONEY. If you need a loan go to Drivetime or Car Max. This company is horrible!!!!!

I HAD to pick a star to leave this review. If not I would have gave them a zero!! Worst finance company ever!!! Nothing but rude, uneducated and unethical employees. An absolute headache to say the very least. Even after paying off my car early, they’re STILL reporting negatively on my credit report. Which they had no right to do in the first place. I exchanged words with a few people in that office and ever since they started fraudulently reporting late on my credit. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I’m very happy to not have to deal with this financial company anymore. BUT FEEL THE STRONG NEED TO WARN AND INFORM ANYONE ELSE LOOKING FOR A CAR LOAN....LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! IF NOT YOU’LL REGRET IT.

I am really happy with this company they are really helpful and Jose is really a nice person. He makes you feel comfortable and able to talk with if you have any issues with your payment. I would definitely by another car and finance with JB financial again. I have had finance with other companies and had horrible experiences but with them it was totally the opposite.Thank you!

Tony gave me nothing but good customer service. Was a very delightful person to speak to while making my monthly payments. Honestly, through my year of having business with them , he’s the only person I spoke too and will refuse to speak to anyone else because you would have that comfort while speaking to him . Never even met the man and you can feel like you know him for years !!! With this being said , the five star go to him , front desk , when you do go , different vibe . thank you TONY !

I strongly recommend JB financial for your next car purchase. I had a great experience into the day I made Jose. Jose has demonstrated poor customer service skills. With his judgment that he is correct all the time. Failing to hear to reason and fast to Make threats. Hopefully I am the last customer he shows poor customer service too . Employees like that give a bad name to the company. I had reported him to higher personnel and they told me they would take care of this matter. In future reference I will still considered JB financial for my next car loan.

Worst finance company EVER!!! BEWARE they are thieves and extremely rude. No customer service experience. Unfortunately, I had to give them a 1 star in order to publish this review but they are nowhere near a 1 star.
