The worst agency ever. You want to give them money, but they don’t want it. Their customer service is extremely unhelpful and clueless. It takes an incredibly long time to settle even the most basic issues. They sent letters promising a 60% discount, only to later decline it. Then a representative called, claiming she was offering a "goodwill gesture" by reducing the total amount by £200, even though £100 of that was just added fees. Who on Earth would accept a £200 discount off the full debt to be partially satisfied? I’d rather save more and fully pay you, or simply pay nothing at all — option two seems much better.

What can I say? Just pray you’re not connected with the Gen Z customer service agents, who seem to be brainwashed and lack the ability to think for themselves. It’s clear they don’t want the money, and they’ve left these brainless, financially uneducated employees to handle the situation poorly.

Spoke with a gentleman named Dan today. I have spoken to a number of your staff before and had varying levels of service. I just wish all of your staff were like Dan. Patient, attentive and keen to help, he is what your company needs more of, particularly given the vulnerable clients you have. Well done Dan - was great to chat to you!

this company have contacted me numerous times saying i owe them money. not once ever have they explained who i owe this money to, how much money i owe, or why they are now contacting me. I was on a DMP with stepchange for 3 years which is fully paid off, and this company was never involved in any of that so not sure who they’ve bought my “debt” from but they seem like a scam. only ever automated phone calls never once spoken to an actual employee from this company. i will simply be ignoring you. if i could leave 0 stars i would
