I have worked with NM Escrow for three years over two different transactions. What I have found in NME is somewhat rare these days...competence, knowledge, promptness and human understanding. In other words, good customer service. The staff provides answers, yet only when they know they have the right answers. If they do not know, they find out. The owner, Ashley Strauss-Martin, associates herself with very good people inside and outside of her company. When asked for a good real estate person she referred me to an old friend of mine, Cindy Chavez, which was mildly embarrassing for me. Still, the reminder paid off well. Moreover, Ashley found Shawn Shetter to manage the office. Shawn is the consummate chief petty officer. Some may understand that compliment immediately. If you do not, then know that a navy ship has a captain, yet without a good CPO that ship ain't going nowhere and if it does it will likely wind up on the rocks. Shawn keeps the NME ship on the high seas moving at a brisk clip. Give them a call and I expect you will get the right impression from that first contact.
