I am deeply disappointed with my recent experiences with this company, particularly due to significant, unannounced changes to my account terms. Originally, my account was swap-free; however, it was unexpectedly converted to a fee-accruing model without prior notification. This abrupt policy change has led to unforeseen charges that I find excessive and unjust.

Additionally, the customer service has been markedly poor. My attempts to address these issues through phone have been met with no success, and the responses via email are sporadic and unhelpful, leaving me with resolutions that are not in my favor.

In light of these issues, I have decided to cease my relationship with this company and have chosen to move my business to another forex service provider. I strongly advise potential customers to carefully consider their options before committing to this company. Furthermore, I urge regulatory bodies to scrutinize the practices of this firm to ensure they adhere to standards of fairness and transparency.

this is not good sign why the company apply new rules on the old and running clients .... they need to change his agreement and apply these changing on new clients on new account and also they charge to much amount ........ this happening just because of AXI....
